Exhibitions at Pelham House
Pelham House is strongly committed to the promotion of arts and culture.
The house and grounds play host to a permanent collection of modern sculpture and throughout the year, we stage exhibitions of painting and photography by local artists.
In addition, our venue is regularly hired by arts groups and promoters to stage a wide variety of theatrical, musical and poetic cultural events.
It has played host to the nationally renowned Lewes Guitar Festival and the acclaimed Lewes Live Literature Festival.
It has proved valuable as a venue for charitable found-raising events; our last Summer Ball raised £4000 for the Chestnut Tree House Children's Hospice.
Our facilities are also popular for lecture series, group meetings and weekend seminars.
