Exclusive and non-exclusive use
The venue hire of £2500.00 guarantees you access to the Terrace and Chamber Rooms (only) from 3 hours prior to the ceremony until midnight.
Pelham House offers use, on a non-exclusive, basis of our garden or foyer for your reception drinks.
The exclusive hire of the House 31 bedrooms, all function rooms and garden.
Bedrooms
At the time of booking the Bride and Groom may provisionally hold 22 or 31 bedrooms, if available, for their guests. Each room must be confirmed 2 months prior to the Wedding date with a credit card and contact details for the guest staying. Any rooms held unconfirmed 2 months before the wedding date will be released.

Who runs your Wedding
The wedding team will deal with your enquiry and all details of your booking.
Bedroom reservations should be made directly with the reservations department.
On your wedding day, the wedding coordinators will be present during the day and will run the function alongside the duty manager who will take over after the food is served.
Menus, Place cards and Table Plan
Pelham House does not provide any of the above but will be happy to place them on the tables so long as they are supplied to us 3 hours prior to the beginning of your Ceremony.
Cake
Pelham House can supply Cake Table and Cake Knife. The Cake Stand should be supplied by the Client.
Reception drinks
Pelham House offers the following cocktails as reception drinks: Pimms, Bucks Fizz, Kir Royal, Bellini.
Alternatively you can opt for Champagne, White and Red Wine. Priced by the bottle.
All are served together with Orange Juice and Mineral Water.
Deposits and payments
Pelham House requests a £1500.00 deposit that confirms the venue.
All wedding bookings should settle their account 1 month prior to the function by credit, charge cards or cheque.
Minimum numbers
During June/July/August we only accept Saturday weddings catering for 80 guests and on the full catering package.
Outside these months the minimum numbers will be established at the time of Booking Contract signature and will normally be marked at 80% of your estimated number at the time of enquiry.

Pelham House provides chair covers, napkins and table linen (white)
